• Leading the Operations function of 10 Operational & Venue Facilities Managers (with a front-line staff resource of 650 staff).

• Directing major event planning and consultancy projects, account management, securing business development opportunities, tender responses, and mobilisation planning.

2015 - 2016 / Consulting General Manager

Event services provider to leading UK sports and entertainment industry clients.

Working directly with the Owner & Chairman to provide urgent stabilising leadership during a critical transition period. Conducting a strategic review with particular focus on business planning; organisational culture; contract performance and commercial evaluation; change management; audit of service delivery; review of organisational structure; recruitment and facilitate a refocus on corporate objectives.
