Established a start-up event services solutions specialist. Services included the provision of safety & security deployments for events, consultancy, training, event management, and recruitment services, and support to opening of the Singapore Sports Hub (Stadium & Arenas).

Accountable for all aspects of the business functions: business plan; new business; marketing & brand development in Asia; finance; HR; legal; licensing compliance; relationship management and network development.
