Promoter Global Operations Director

Responsible for delivery of events & venues (Event Management, Guest & Fan Experience, Venue Operations & Services), on the 8-month season global calendar, with races staged in the Middle East, South & North America, Asia and Europe (both for temporary 'pop-up' circuits, with street racing in major city centres, & at adapted existing venues).  Produced 78 races, in 20 major cities, through 6 seasons.

• Providing the strategic direction and long-range vision for all aspects of the Events delivery for the FIA electric World Motorsport Championship.

• Responsible for all operations of the events delivery – venue design, services provision, track design & build, overlay infrastructure, accreditation, security & crowd management (Global contract management), Event Health & Safety, permits, integration of technical installations (power, TV, AV & technology), broadcast operations, fan experience delivery, music concert operations, hospitality & catering delivery, travel, and procurement (suppliers & local team human resources).

• Leading a Global team to deliver locations in short lead times and quick succession, overseeing the collaboration with overseas local promoters & operators, location stakeholder management with cities, governments & local authorities, the FIA Motorsport Federation, and the Formula E global & in-country contractors.

• Support to the Sporting, Commercial, Partnerships, Media, Ticketing, Brand & Communications departments.

• Event Crisis Management lead and Event Day Command for Event Multi Agency Control.

• Director level H&S Champion to positively promote a high standards culture worldwide.
